Roof Washing Services 

• Your roof may still be in good condition and just in need of a clean. Over time debris can build up on your roof and mould will start to grow, a light chemical treatment can be applied to kill mould spores and prolong regrowth followed by a high pressure clean to remove all remaining debris. All our roof cleaning services include a full gutter clean and site clean up after works have been completed.

Hard surfaces

• Concrete, paving, patios, sandstone etc - hard surfaces can become slippery over time as mould and mildew will start to embed itself in the substrate. Removing the mould/debris and treating the surfaces to prolong regrowth will prevent this hazard while also allowing the natural colour of the substate to be shown.

House Soft Wash

• What is a soft wash? Soft washing is a lower pressure wash. The benefit of soft washing is the amount of pressure being applied to a home, due to the lower pressure (slightly higher than a hose) means there is a smaller chance of causing damage. At Peak we recommend soft washing as it protects your home it allows the dislodge contaminants without harming the surface. It removes mold, algae, mildew, dirt, and other contaminants from a surface. At Peak Painting & Restoration we recommend on average, homeowners should get their house washed every 1-3 years.
